We wanted to stay in this general area and were delighted to find Palazzo Ripetta, but as it is a new hotel we were a bit unsure of how things would go. We are so happy we took the chance. We were beyond pleased with every aspect of our stay and plan to return! Alain and the entire staff were so accommodating and wonderful. The place really felt like home. We were treated incredibly and it was quite special. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

This hotel is a true gem in Roma & deserves its 5 star rating. The hotel is historical & newly renovated, offering comfort & a quiet retreat from the very busy streets of Rome. The hotel & facilities are premium & of highest quality. The alfresco terrace was quiet & calming, a perfect place to start the day with breakfast, which offered a variety of hot & cold food & even mango & papaya in fruit selection which is rare. The staff were all so friendly, polite & extremely helpful. Location is amazing & just a minute walk to best shopping strip Via Del Corso & Piazza del Popolo. Some great restaurants, cafes & trattorias only a few metres away from the hotel & so many to choose from. The Spanish Steps only 10 minute walk & easy walking distance to all other major attractions. The staff all went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and special. I would not stay anywhere else. I'm already planning on returning & staying here next year. I can't wait to return to the eternal city. Thank you to all the wonderful staff.

When we arrived we were greeted by Alan from reception. Our room was not ready so we were offered refreshments in the bar area. Alan then came and offered us an upgrade to a suite with a loft at no extra charge. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent for easy access to all the major tourist sites. We would certainly stay at the hotel again.

Outstanding hotel. Beautiful new rooms. Staff was great. Courteous and helpful. Outstanding location. In the middle of everything! You can walk to the Colosseum and to the Vatican. Breakfast was very good. Plentiful items and good quality. The Hotel is very well appointed and stylish. Bar was nice. Special mention for Allen at the front desk. Great check in and arrival. He was very courteous and professional. He made us feel like the hotel really appreciated our stay.

Absolutely excellent hotel - brand new, stylish, very comfortable beds and an excellent breakfast. Staff extremely helpful and professional. Room beautiful, excellent amenities and comfortable / stylish. Housekeeping perfect (what a great turn-down service) and the bar staffed with people that actually can make a great drink. We have stayed in most of the 5-stars in Rome and this one has to be up there with the best. Absolutely delighted and look forward to coming back here!!!

Everything was great during our stay in this elegant hotel! Gorgeous decor in the lobby and rooms. Our room was spacious, very clean and quiet. Beautiful Ortigia products in the bathroom. Welcoming and professional staff. Location is perfect, very close to all the main attractions. Highly recommend!

The staff were welcoming, kind, and patient with my family. The location is perfectly central to many important destinations, and the food at the hotel was delicious. The piazzetta especially was enjoyable and the bartender was awesome!

all was good. only the size of room was small. Probably because we asked for 2 separate beds. And for the prize paid the size of the room should have been larger. I knew this already though from the pictures. And the roof was quite high which compensated for the small size of the room though. also the cleanliness and the rest of the hotel which was very enjoyable compensated for the small size.

Lorenzo was very welcoming and even went out of his way to provide an upgraded room and a special welcome cocktail. Rooms were amazing, as was the welcome staff.

Excellent place, the reception staff Daniella, Luisa and Rado and all were kind and helpfull. Super breakfast! The room is spacious and clean. Location is central. We loved every minute and will come again.
